Certificate of Attendance Information for the 27th Annual NERSC Conference: Healthcare & Housing

The 27th Annual NERSC Conference: Healthcare & Housing, was held at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 through Friday, May 2, 2025.

In order to earn your certificate of attendance for this event, registered attendees were required to sign-in to each session, stay for 80% of the time, sign-out of each session, and complete a session survey. 


This program has been approved for 13 Social Work Continuing Education hours for relicensure, as well as 5 Social Work Continuing Education hours for relicensure to those attending a single day (Wednesday or Thursday) in accordance with 258 CMR. NASW-MA Chapter CE Approving Program, Authorization numbers: D 10067-2, D 10067-3 (Wednesday only), D 10067-4 (Thursday only). You must have attended 11 of the 13 hours in order to receive the full 13 NASW CEUs, 4 of the 5 hours on a single day to receive the 5 NASW CEUs. Keynote sessions were 1 hour each and workshops were 2 hours each.


Official certificates of attendance were emailed to all attendees on Friday, May 9, 2025. If there was an error, attendees were required to email info@nerscinc.org by Friday, May 30, 2025. Certificate corrections are unable to be made after this date.
