Soothing Touch To Go has been offered the opportunity to provide wellness treatments to the 600+ Resident Service Coordinators a the 28th Annual New England Resident Service Coordinators Conference, April 28 -May 1, 2026, at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, and we need YOUR help!

Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) work with youth, families, elderly, and disabled populations in affordable housing properties throughout New England and beyond! The challenges they face are time-consuming, difficult, and often life-saving. This annual event offers RSCs an opportunity to network, gain information, relax, and bring new ideas and energy back to their residents.

Established in 1998, NERSC, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit membership organization committed to fostering a vibrant community of learning for Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs). Our 18-member Board of Directors, dedicated volunteer Conference Planning Committee, and two full-time staff members work tirelessly to support and empower RSCs nationwide.

Every year, we host hundreds of RSCs and housing professionals at our renowned spring conference, fall virtual conference, and through our comprehensive on-demand training library. These events and resources provide essential training to meet HUD requirements and equip RSCs with the knowledge to significantly improve the lives of the residents they serve.
