*The NERSC hotel block is currently sold out. When you are making your hotel reservation, you may be charged the standard room rate instead of the discounted rate.

This year's donation drive will be for the Refugee Dream Center in Providence, RI. We will be collecting cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, and school supplies. An Amazon wish list was created to make it easier to donate, but you are welcome to bring items not listed. Please bring your donations to the conference.

Note: Conference registration and hotel registration are separate transactions. You will need to register for the conference and then make your hotel reservation through the hotel reservation booking link. Registering for the conference alone does not guarantee you a room, and inversely, making a hotel reservation alone does not guarantee you registration to the conference.

Registration and Payment Policies

Conference registration opens to members on Monday, January 22, 2024, to the general public on Monday, January 29, 2024, and closes Thursday, April 11, 2024.  All related payments must be received by April 11, 2024 to attend. Please be sure to carefully review all pre-conference emails for important updates and instructions.

Cancellation Policies

• By March 28, 2024:  Registrants may cancel their registration without penalty and receive a full refund. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.

• By April 11, 2024:  NERSC will issue a 50% refund. If payment has not yet been received, then the registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the balance is paid. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.

• After April 11, 2024:  No refunds will be granted. If payment has not yet been received, then the registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the balance is paid.
