Membership Tiers

This is not a paid membership type. This option will allow individuals to create a profile, but they will not have access to any of the listed member benefits or member only areas.

Professional Member $200
This membership type is for individual housing professionals, retired housing professionals, or students. This membership stays with YOU, the member, regardless of whether or not you change job positions or companies.

Organization
This membership type is for housing organizations that will have 5 or more staff joining. One member of the organization will serve as the administrator. Since this membership type stays with the organization, the administrator will have the ability to assign the remaining memberships to their staff and edit their member list as needed. The administrator will also have access to post open positions on the NERSC Career Center. This membership type has different levels to suit the needs of all team sizes. The organization membership levels are listed below.

Basic 5 members - $1,000

Basic Plus 10 members - $2,000

Bronze 20 members - $4,000

Silver 30 members - $6,000

Gold 40 members - $8,000

Platinum 50 members - $10,000

Sapphire 60 members - $12,000

Diamond 70 members - $14,000

Industry Partner $600/$300 non-profit
This membership type is for companies or non-profit organizations that offer products and/or services that they would like to showcase to our members. This membership type also has access to posting open positions on the NERSC Career Center. Additional staff rate is $200 per staff member.
