Contest Details
The winner of this contest will have their design featured on the 26th NERSC Conference t-shirt, be recognized on social media, in the conference guide and live during the conference announcements, and will receive a free t-shirt with their design on it!


Design Guidelines
- Must include the words “26th NERSC Conference” or "NERSC 26th Anniversary".
- Design must be for the front of the shirt only.
- Design must be one color.
- DIGITAL DESIGNS: Must be in high resolution and submitted as a .jpg, .png, or .pdf to sam@nerscinc.org. Please include your name in the artwork filename (i.e. JohnDoe.png).

Eligibility/Entry
There is no entry fee to submit a design. Contestants may submit multiple designs.

Important Dates
- Submit your design(s) January 22-March 1, 2024
- LAST DAY to submit a design (no exceptions) March 1, 2024
- Public voting (on Facebook, YM, & nerscinc.org) March 5-8, 2024
- Announcement of contest winner March 11, 2024

Submit Your Design
In your submission email, please include your full name, email, phone number, a description of your inspiration, and your artwork with your name in the filename (i.e. JohnDoe.png).

Fine Print
By submitting an entry, the artist consents that it is their own original work and that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use any included elements. The NERSC, Inc. board of directors, conference planning committee, and staff reserve the right to make adjustments and alterations to the winning entry. The winning artist grants to the New England Resident Service Coordinators, Inc. exclusive right to the design, including any modifications thereof, to be used on promotional/marketing and other NERSC, Inc. materials. The artist shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless NERSC, Inc. from and against any and all suits, actions, claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of any violation of third party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, dilution or violation) in connection with NERSC, Inc.'s use, distribution, publishing, sale or exploitation of the design. No submissions will be returned.
