The 26th Annual Conference: People, Purpose & Passion is scheduled to be held at Mohegan Sun April 30 - May 3, 2024. The NERSC hotel room block at Mohegan Sun is currently sold out. You may still book rooms at the hotel, but the special discounted rate may no longer be available and you will be charged the standard rate. In addition, your room selection may not be guaranteed meaning your room could be located in either tower or be a smoking or non-smoking room.

1. Check memo should include confirmation number.
2. If company is paying for multiple employees/reservations with one check, company MUST provide a a separate document WITH the following information AND the check for payment.

PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD *IMPORTANT*
If you are paying via credit card, you must have the card you will be using upon checking in. If you will be using another card holder’s credit card, Mohegan Sun will need to do a credit card authorization prior to arrival. All guests in need of these details and specified secure link will need to call direct once they have booked. The VIP Services number is 1-888-226-7711. Mohegan Sun cannot authorize or settle to a third-party credit card payment without the card belonging to and being present of the guest checking in.

 
Credit Card and Incidentals
All guests checking in will be required to provide a credit card for incidentals. The amount of $150 will be authorized on hold. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, or it will result in a charge of one night's room plus tax and fees.
