Act Fast: Registration for the NERSC Virtual Summit is Now Open!

The NERSC Virtual Summit will consist of two tracks, The RSC Track and The Leadership Track, that will be offered on different days, and attendees may choose to attend one or both tracks. 

The RSC Track, to be held virtually on September 12, 19, 26, and October 2, 2024, is designed for Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) and first year affordable housing professionals. RSC Track attendees will earn a total of 12 CEUs covering each of the Statutorily Required HUD Training Areas. This is a great option for first year and returning RSCs to earn their required training credits before the end of the year.

The Aging Process
Disability Services
Elder Services
Federal and Applicable State Programs and Eligibility
Legal Liability Relating to Service Coordination
Medications and Older Adults
Mental Health Issues

RSC Track Cost: $425 member, $450 non-member
Register by August 2, 2024 for EARLY BIRD price of $399 member, $424 non-member

The Leadership Track, to be held virtually on September 11, 18, 25, and October 2, 2024, is designed for supervisors and managers in housing looking to create a deeper understanding of who they are as a leader and strengthen their skills in practical ways. Leadership Track attendees will earn a total of 12 CEUs covering the Additional Recommended Training Areas of Working with Other Members of the Property Management Team and Effective Communication. This is a great option for current and aspiring supervisors and managers.

Leadership Track Cost: $425 member, $450 non-member
Register by August 2, 2024 for EARLY BIRD price of $399 member, $424 non-member

NERSC has applied for NASW authorization for The RSC Track and The Leadership Track. Upon NERSC’s approval of NASW authorization, all attendees will receive NASW credits. There is no additional cost to attendees.

Registration & Payment Policies
Conference registration opens to members on July 15, 2024, to the general public on Monday, July, 22, 2024, and closes Thursday, September 5, 2024. Early bird pricing ends on Friday, August 2, 2024. If you select "Bill Me" as your method of payment, you are responsible for sending your event invoice to your accounting department to submit payment. Please mail checks to P.O. Box 120205, East Haven, CT 06512 and include the invoice number on the check memo. All check payments must be received by Friday, August 30, 2024. All credit card payments must be received by Thursday, September 5, 2024. Please carefully review all pre-conference emails for important updates and instructions. 

Cancellation by Registrant Policy
By August 8, 2024: Registrants may cancel their registration without penalty and receive a full refund. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.

By August 22, 2024: Registrants may cancel their registration and NERSC will issue a 50% refund. If payment has not yet been received, the registrant is responsible for paying the remaining 50% balance. The registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the balance is paid. If the registrant is no longer with the company in which they registered under, the company is responsible for paying the outstanding balance. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.
 
After August 29, 2024: No refunds will be granted. If payment has not yet been received, then the registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the full balance is paid. If the registrant is no longer with the company in which they registered under, the company is responsible for paying the outstanding balance. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.
