Membership Tiers Explained

'Tis the season to renew your NERSC membership for 2025! The goal of our membership is to create opportunities to connect with one another in real time as well as have access to resources, best practices, and fresh ideas throughout the year. Below are the membership tiers explained.

Professional Member $100

This membership type is for individual housing professionals that stays with YOU, the member, regardless of whether or not you change job positions or companies.

Organization Member

This membership type is for housing organizations that will have 5 or more staff joining. One member of the organization will serve as the administrator. Since this membership stays with the organization, the administrator will have the ability to assign the remaining memberships to their staff and edit their member list as needed. The administrator will also have access to post open positions on the NERSC Career Center. This membership type has different levels to suit the needs of all team sizes. The organization membership levels are listed below.

Basic $500, 5 members

Basic Plus $1000, 10 members

Bronze $2000, 20 members

Silver $3000, 30 members

Gold $4000, 40 members

Platinum $5000, 50 members

Platinum Plus $6000, 60 members

Diamond $7000, 70 members

Industry Partner $300/$150 non-profit

This membership type is for companies that offer products and services that they would like to showcase to our members. This membership type also has access to posting open positions on the NERSC Career Center. Additional staff rate is $100 per staff member.

Professional Members, Organization Members, and Industry Partners have access to the following benefits:

-Registration discounts on all in-person conferences and events
-Registration discounts on all virtual events and live webinars
-Savings on on-demand webinar fees
-Early access to registration for in-person and virtual conferences and events
-Early access to book your conference hotel accommodations
-Exclusive access to quarterly networking groups
-Exclusive access to quarterly webinars (earn up to 4 free CEUs each year)
-Affiliation with a respected professional organization
-Exclusive access to the member directory
-Exclusive access to the member only live social feed, groups, and forums
-A digital training log to help you track all of your CEUs and certificates of attendance
-Monthly newsletter and choice of a daily or weekly email of the latest news and member activities
-Discounts valued at $240

Guest

This is not a paid membership type. This option will allow individuals to create a profile, but they will not have access to any of the listed members benefits or member only areas. When registering for events, look for the non-member rate.

Membership runs from January 1st to December 31st, and can be renewed for the following year up to 45 days in advance. Payment must be received and processed to activate your membership. We recommend using our secure online payment option, but if you choose to send a check, its important that payment is received and processed before December 31st to avoid a lapse in your membership.
