Opening Next Month: 27th Annual NERSC Conference Registration

Registration for the 27th Annual NERSC Conference: Healthcare & Housing will be opening on January 27, 2025 to members and February 3, 2025 to non-members. Members, please make sure to renew your membership before registering for the conference in order to receive the special discounted rate.

Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 13 CEUs in a variety of HUD training areas. There are a maximum number of attendees per workshop. We recommend you register for the conference and select your workshops early as they will fill up fast. This year, you will notice some classes are marked “PM” to designate that the workshop is a recommended course for property managers and leaders. Although these courses are marked “PM”, please understand that attendees may attend any workshop they wish and the designation is only there as a guide. The workshop guide will be posted on our website soon.

Attendance Credit
At the conference, attendees will use the mobile app, Conference Tracker, to sign in and out of their sessions, complete surveys, connect with their peers, review exhibitor and sponsor information, and more. Attendees are required to do these three things in order to receive attendance credit: 1. sign into their workshop; 2. sign out of their workshop; and 3. complete the survey for each workshop they attend.

This is the same mobile app that was used at the last NERSC conference. Remember, it is the GREEN Conference Tracker app icon in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We recommend logging out of the app before the conference, and logging in with the email address you used at registration. Attendees will have access to the app in April. If you try logging in before then, it will not work. Please email sam@nerscinc.org if you have questions.

NASW
NERSC will be applying for NASW authorization. Upon NERSC’s approval of NASW authorization, all attendees will receive NASW credits. There is no additional cost to attendees.

Hotel Accommodations
NERSC has a hotel room block at Mohegan Sun. The hotel room rate is $212 plus $14.95 facility fee and 15% state occupancy tax per night. While the last day to book your hotel room is Monday, April 7, 2025, please understand that the block may sell out BEFORE this date. This means that if the hotel block sells out, the special discounted rate will no longer be available and the rate shown will reflect the current selling rate. You must both register for the conference and make your hotel accommodations as having one does not guarantee the other.

Registration & Payment Policies
Conference registration opens to members on Monday, January 27, 2025, to the general public on Monday, February 3, 2025, and closes Thursday, April 10, 2025. Early bird pricing ends on Thursday, March 6, 2025. If you select "Bill Me" as your method of payment, you are responsible for sending your event invoice to your accounting department to submit payment. Please mail checks to P.O. Box 81, Fall River, MA 02722 and include the invoice number on the check memo. All check and credit card payments must be received by Thursday, April 10, 2025. Please carefully review all pre-conference emails for important updates and instructions. 

Cancellation by Registrant Policy
By March 6, 2025: Registrants may cancel their registration without penalty and receive a full refund. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.

By April 10, 2025: Registrants may cancel their registration and NERSC will issue a 50% refund. If payment has not yet been received, the registrant is responsible for paying the remaining 50% balance. The registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the balance is paid. If the registrant is no longer with the company in which they registered under, the company is responsible for paying the outstanding balance. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.

After April 10, 2025: No refunds will be granted. If payment has not yet been received, then the registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the full balance is paid. If the registrant is no longer with the company in which they registered under, the company is responsible for paying the outstanding balance. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.
