The contest winner will have their design featured on the 27th Annual NERSC Conference t-shirt, be recognized on social media, in the conference guide, and live during the conference announcements, and will receive a free t-shirt with their design on it! This year’s overall conference theme is “Healthcare & Housing”. The dance party theme is “Let’s Glow Crazy”. You may use these themes to influence your design, but it is not required.

Eligibility/Entry
There is no entry fee to submit a design. Contestants may submit multiple designs.


Design Guidelines 
1. Must include the words “27th Annual NERSC Conference”.
2. Must be designed for print on the front of the t-shirt only.
3. Must be one color. If selected, design will be printed in one color.
4. Must be submitted as a .jpg, .png, or .pdf to sam@nerscinc.org. Please save or rename your artwork filename to include your name (i.e. JohnDoe.png). 


Submit Your Design
Please email your design as a .jpg, .png, or .pdf to sam@nerscinc.org by February 28, 2025. In your submission email, please include your full name, email, phone number, a description of your inspiration, and your artwork.


Important Dates
Submit your design(s) January 13 - February 28, 2025
LAST DAY to submit a design (no exceptions) February 28, 2025
Public voting (link shared on NERSC website and social media) March 3-7, 2025
Announcement of contest winner March 10, 2025


By submitting an entry, the artist consents that it is their own original work and that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use any included elements. The NERSC, Inc. board of directors, conference planning committee, and staff reserve the right to make adjustments and alterations to the winning entry. The winning artist grants to the NERSC, Inc. exclusive right to the design, including any modifications thereof, to be used on promotional/marketing and other NERSC, Inc. materials. The artist shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless NERSC, Inc. from and against any and all suits, actions, claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of any violation of third party rights including, without limitation, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, dilution, or violation in connection with NERSC, Inc.'s use, distribution, publishing, sale, or exploitation of the design. No submissions will be returned.
