State Associations: MARSCH Upcoming Meeting and Bonnie Gibbs Scholarship

The Massachusetts Association of Resident Service Coordinators in Housing (MARSCH) is a professional, nonprofit corporation committed to the promotion of the Resident Service Coordinator role in the housing community. Our mission is to provide professional development, certification, and resources to Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) and others who work in the housing field.

The evolving field of Resident Service Coordination is the linchpin that brings together property management, residents’ community, and local resources, all working toward the goal of service-enriched housing.
 

We work with MassHousing, the state’s housing finance agency, and provide our members resources, training, and networking opportunities at regularly scheduled Regional Group meetings throughout Massachusetts.   We collaborate with other state RSC groups in New England including: New England Resident Service Coordinators, Inc. (NERSC), Connecticut Association of Resident Service Coordinators in Housing (CARSCH), Vermont Resident Service Coordinators (VRSC), New Hampshire Association of Professional Service Coordinators (NHAPSC), Rhode Island Service Coordinator Collaborative (RISCC, and Maine Resident Service Coordinators Association (MRSCA). We have been longtime supporters and attendees of the NERSC conference which is held annually every spring.
