The NERSC Virtual Summit Leadership Track: Elevating Skills of Experienced Leaders is a transformative, four-day virtual training designed specifically for seasoned professionals in affordable housing. Presenter Bio: Kate Solis Silva brings a decade of corporate and nonprofit experience to her work as a Holistic Leadership Coach. She holds a Bachelor of Science, is an AmeriCorps alumnus and became a Certified Professional Coach in 2018. Focused on professional and personal growth, she partners with leaders of all levels to work and live with greater clarity, confidence, and well-being. Kate’s clients share her approach to coaching as compassionate and empowering, providing a safe space to look within. Weaving training in mindfulness, somatics, and consciousness studies into her coaching, Kate supports leaders in overcoming what’s holding them back from living out their unique definitions of leadership. Kate lives in the Chicagoland suburbs with her spouse and their senior kitty. When not coaching, Kate enjoys staying active, traveling near and far, volunteering, and sharing food and belly laughs with loved ones.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Attendance Credit Attendees are required to be present in their workshop for at least 80% of time and complete the survey for each workshop they attend. While some sessions will be recorded at the NERSC, Inc. Fall Virtual Summit, they will not be available for attendees to rewatch at a later date or time under any circumstance. In order to receive attendance credit, attendees are required to attend the event in real time.
AI, Notetakers, and Closed Captioning Please understand that the use of notetakers and other forms of artificial intelligence (AI) are not permitted. Closed captioning will be available to all attendees.
NASW NERSC will be applying for NASW authorization. Upon NERSC’s approval of NASW authorization, all attendees will receive NASW credits. There is no additional cost to attendees.
Registration & Payment Policies Conference registration opens to members on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, to the general public on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and closes Thursday, August 28, 2025. Early bird pricing ends on Thursday, July 31, 2025. If you select "Bill Me" as your method of payment, you are responsible for sending your event invoice to your accounting department to submit payment. Please mail checks to P.O. Box 81, Fall River, MA 02722, and include the invoice number on the check memo. ALL CHECK PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 31, 2025. IF YOUR CHECK PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED. All other payments are due at time of registration. Please carefully review all pre-conference emails for important updates and instructions.
Cancellation by Registrant Policy By July 31, 2025: Registrants may cancel their registration without penalty and receive a full refund. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.
By August 15, 2025: Registrants may cancel their registration and NERSC will issue a 50% refund. If payment has not yet been received, the registrant is responsible for paying the remaining 50% balance. The registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the balance is paid. If the registrant is no longer with the company in which they registered under, the company is responsible for paying the outstanding balance. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.
After August 15, 2025: No refunds will be granted. If payment has not yet been received, then the registrant will not be able to attend NERSC events, including but not limited to live webinars or future conferences, until the full balance is paid. If the registrant is no longer with the company in which they registered under, the company is responsible for paying the outstanding balance. Requests for cancellation must be emailed to sam@nerscinc.org.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement by NERSC If NERSC cancels or postpones the 2025 fall virtual summit, we will issue a full refund. To further support NERSC and our educational mission, registrants will be provided the opportunity to convert their registration fee into a 100% registration credit that can be used within 12 months of the date of the event toward any NERSC offering.
