Deadline: October 15, 2025 | Event Dates: April 28 – May 1, 2026 | Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, CT

Are you passionate about supporting residents in affordable housing communities? Do you have expertise in mental health, disability services, leadership, accessibility technology, fair housing, or any of the critical areas that support Resident Service Coordinators and their housing partners? Now is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. NERSC is currently accepting workshop proposals for the 28th Annual NERSC Conference through October 15, 2025. Submit your workshop proposal.

Held in person at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut from Wednesday, April 29 to Friday, May 1, 2026, this conference brings together over 550 professionals dedicated to the well-being and empowerment of residents across affordable housing communities. Attendees include Resident Service Coordinators, Property Managers, non-profit leaders, social workers, and other housing advocates from across New England and beyond. Every attendee is eager to learn, connect, and return home with tools they can apply immediately in their roles.

Why Present at NERSC?
This is more than just a speaking opportunity. It’s a chance to lead meaningful conversations, share tools that strengthen communities, and influence housing policy and practice. NERSC attendees are highly engaged professionals who expect evidence-based, hands-on learning. They’re looking for education that is:

- Interactive, practical, and rooted in real-world experience
- Inclusive of diverse housing populations and regional policies
- Aligned with HUD’s training areas and continuing education needs

Whether your expertise lies in aging, mental health, legal liability, conflict resolution, cultural competency, or building community partnerships, your voice matters. We encourage a range of perspectives, including emerging trends in service coordination and practical applications that promote stability, wellness, and equity in affordable housing.
