Navigating Medicare enrollment can be confusing, especially when time is limited and residents need support fast. That’s why NERSC is offering three free Wellcare Information Sessions on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. These virtual sessions are designed to help Resident Service Coordinators, Property Managers, and other housing professionals understand the ins and outs of Medicare Advantage Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs).

You can choose from one of three convenient times: 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, or 1:00 PM Eastern. Each session will take place on Zoom and will last one hour. While the sessions are free, registration is required.
