Addressing Challenging Behaviors for Persons with Dual/Multiple Diagnosis

Supporting residents with dual or multiple diagnoses can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when challenging behaviors arise. This workshop is designed for resident service coordinators, property managers, and affordable housing professionals who want to better understand and respond to these situations. We’ll talk about what dual diagnoses are, why they can contribute to certain behaviors, and how to approach these challenges with empathy and effective strategies. The goal is to provide you with practical tools to create a supportive and stable living environment for all residents.
