Whether you're new to grant writing or looking to sharpen your skills, this session will provide practical tools and strategies to help you approach the process with confidence.

This session will help RSCs prepare to work with legal counsel to address thorny issues often associated with residents’ behavioral challenges, such as aggressive behavior or hoarding and failure to maintain the residence. The discussion will include strategies for out-of-court interventions, working with counsel to seek assistance through the courts when necessary, and strategically using reasonable accommodations to help preserve challenging tenancies.
