Dear NERSC Family,

On behalf of the NERSC Conference Planning Committee, we are delighted to welcome you to the 27th Annual NERSC Conference at the beautiful Mohegan Sun Resort in a few short weeks!

This year’s theme, Healthcare and Housing, reflects our shared commitment to the well-being of residents in affordable housing. We are honored to have a diverse group of housing professionals with us, including Resident Service Coordinators, Property Managers, Directors, and many others who play a critical role in supporting individuals and families. As many of you know, housing is one of the most basic human needs, and your dedication to ensuring safe, stable housing significantly enhances the quality of life for those we serve.

Your collaboration is essential in creating strong, supportive communities where residents feel secure and empowered. By working together, we can ensure that housing is not just a place to live but a foundation for health, stability, and opportunity.

Throughout the conference, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in dynamic educational workshops, participate in meaningful discussions, and connect with peers from seventeen states. We encourage you to take full advantage of the wealth of knowledge being shared and explore innovative ways to strengthen the connection between housing and healthcare for the communities you serve. And, of course, we’ve planned plenty of enjoyable activities to help you relax and recharge!

This year, we are also proud to support School on Wheels of Massachusetts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the academic, social, and emotional growth of students impacted by homelessness and poverty. Just as housing and healthcare are vital foundations for stability, education is a cornerstone of opportunity and well-being. By participating in our donation drive, you’ll help provide essential resources that empower students to succeed, ensuring they too have a strong and supportive foundation for their future.
